Results of International cat show are copied directly from show program to avoid mistakes. From these results it is visible which cats were nominated for Best in show(BIS) and which cats won in BIS, also the cats with won positions in Best of Best(BOB)
Considering breed, color, sex and even a title; at FIFe cat shows, cats are being judged in one of 17 classes. Unlike dog exibitons, one judge at cat exibitions doesn't have to judge all cats of one breed, especially if there are numerous varieties(colors). At cat shows, cats are divided by colors. Within color groups, cats are divided also by their sex, age and titles( class they belong to). The biggest difference between dog and cat shoes is that that on cat shows , neutered cats can compete.
Future owner that is getting him/herself a cat should know what to expect from the cat that he/she is getting; including temperament, does she/he wants to adopt domestic cat or he/she wants some cat breed because of its characteristics. It is very noble to adopt and save cat but in that way, you don't know what kind of temperament that cat has, or hair quality, how big it will be,or does it carry some kind of trauma.
